About

Amanda Hoffmann

I'm a clinically trained clinical mental health counselor from the United States trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness based approaches. I use an eclectic approach during the counseling session mainly focused on a person and goal oriented methods. I am originally from Rhode Island and I have been living in Hamburg, Germany with my family since 2015.

Personally, I have experience in being an expat, as well as a mother living in a new country where I didn't speak the language. As a counselor, I have experience working with adults, couples, and families in various settings. It is my goal to support other's in reaching their goals and adjusting to their new home.
